Learn to feel and look your best as you achieve a healthy weight! This session will focus on specific postures and breathing methods to build heat and increase your heart rate while remaining calm and centered. No prior yoga experience needed. Meditation is an especially powerful tool and will be used to align thoughts with personal goals. Leave feeling de-stressed and ready to use the tools offered in class at home.
This will be a good opportunity to experience yoga as a tool for weight loss. If you enjoy it, you may choose to enroll in my outdoor fall sessions that will run for 2-4 weeks, which will combine yoga practice, a walking program and fresh juices.

Securing a private yoga teacher gives you a total focus on your unique needs and desires. A special practice can be developed depending on your body type, past and current injuries and pain as well as your emotional outlook and goals.
Students may seek out yoga for weight loss, stress management, back care and posture, strength and flexibility, spiritual connection, recovery from illness or any number of issues. You can choose what you want most and need and receive a personal practice to help you flourish and grow.
